The Artec Group, Inc. is in its 17th year of success. During these years, this Small Business' successes match those of a Fortune 500 Construction Concern.

Louis H. Sanchez, President and CEO, has navigated this company to such High-Security projects as U.S. Central Command and U.S. Special Operations Command MacDill Air Force Base. At CENTCOM, Artec was responsible for renovations under Four-star commands, including the Air Force, Navy and Army Commanders. At U.S. Special Operations Command AGI has completed over 75 high security SCIF, SAPF, and STO construction projects. Cape Canaveral Air Station is host to additional current projects.

International projects have added to its repertoire at U.S. Navy Base, Guantanamo Bay, Cuba. This High-Security location requires particular expertise and is logistically intense. New construction and renovations were among the successes there.

The nation's finest Pararescue Training Facility was built by Artec at Patrick Air Force Base. This special operations facility is responsible for training our nation's pararescue jumpers.

Artec's technical expertise is distinctly illustrated the Fire Training Facilities at MacDill Air Force Base and Homestead Air Reserve Base. These are the Southeast's only fully operational facilities. At Cape Canaveral Artec was hired to repair its facility.

The U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs has benefited from Artec's expertise in a few of its structures, as well as Homeland Secutiry and The U.S. Coast Guard.

Artec honored to have been praised by the Director of Small And Disadvantaged Business Utilization, Department of Defense to Secretary, as an example of a "Small Business" performing Big Business projects, as Mr. Ramos spotlighted Artec's international projects.
